There is no affiliation between ETS and Paya; a German toy train shop owner that specializes in gauge 0 including tinplate (like ETS and Merkur) has made some customization to ETS (flat)cars adding/fixing special loads (http://www.modellbahn-ammon.de/pages/ladegut.html). He just bought some Paya reproduction planes and attached these to ETS flatcars.
