Palallin, thanks for the query to those groups. The building was not next to the tracks but reasonable close, maybe a hundred feet or so. When built, the area had few buildings and a small population so I don't see the need for that much ice. This just started out as a dog walk and sometimes my curiosity gets the best of me.
