You can also get an expandable unit: evap & fan and compressor & condenser coil, with 2 flexible lines that connect them to go through a 2" hole in the wall, and add as many evaps as you need. I think it's made by Panasonic or Samsung. Call a HVAC contractor, they were designed for installation in older homes that have radiators or baseboard fin-type units rather than forced-air (ducted) heating.
