Yep, I agree BUT they are 100% correct. They have to pay someone to be their and then if we are a no show or late BAM they are out more than the commission sometimes. I can not even begin to count the times people say can I do it at this time and I agree to only get there and either they aren't home or can't do it then as something came up. Excuse me? A phone call would have helped but nothing. Then they get mad when I send a bill for on site repair that did not happen. I don't remember my truck saying "I won't use gas and no wear and tear this trip". Or time backing up so I didn't lose it. YE,T WE feel everyone should bend over so they will fit OUR schedule. Try calling Lionel and let me know how that works out for ya. NO, while I agree with you, I fully understand their position. This is a case of a few bad apples ruining a complete basket.
