Any possibility someone can elaborate on the below report-out regarding a GGD Empire Builder?

Know GGD just announced they were going to be doing the "SILVER METEOR" next.

I wasn't aware they were also going to be pursuing another passenger set so soon.

Nothing has been published on the GGD website yet, which may not be too surprising if York was the announcement venue.
