My first attempt at weathering. I got this from Al from Toronto. When I unpacked it it was heavily weathered so I backed off the powder (the entire loco was the same color as the lower area right behind the cab in the first photo) and airbrushed the vents and exhaust black. It was a good learning experience.

Nice job! Looks like the real SOO SD40-2s did.
