Have you done a Track Signal test ?
Does your loop have Insulating pins dividing it into blocks ?
Not familiar with Fastrack. Are there any turnouts in the loop ? If yes. Are they powered separately.
The delay your experiencing. Could be the remote not find in ding the TIU. Tethering it will let you know. I’m thinking track signal. When you issue a command. The engine won’t respond if the signal is bad and will just keep doing whatever it’s last command was.
