Fastrack switches and Lion Chief/Bluetooth

This question comes from a total newbie - me.

Is it correct to say that the only way to remotely wirelessly control a Fastrack switch is with a TMCC/Legacy or Lion Chief system connected to the rails? I guess what I'm asking is - is there a Bluetooth receiver mounted inside the switch itself with which a Bluetooth enabled device like an iPad might communicate directly? If not, has anyone tried this idea?
