Another great thread Arnold. Likewise, I don’t discard any issues. However, I do cut out articles of interest, staple them, and put them in specific folders. Some examples are; trestles, bridges, and water; track plans; electrical, etc. There is probably an electronic way to do this but this method doesn’t cause angst.
