Well, I don't know if I've found a favorite yet! I only recently started searching for train videos on YouTube. The History of Steam Locomotives is the first full length video I've watched. In that video there is a clip of the UP 844 rescuing a stalled diesel freight train. That is hands down my favorite clip.

My dad's Lionel 671rr was the engine that started my love of the hobby. I have been researching the S2 on and off for the past 15 years or so. I found 1 short clip of it pulling out of Chicago. That one ranks up there simply because it seems such a rare find.

For now, I am watching the UP 844 primarily but also the UP 3985, NP 765, and SP 4449.

The Santa Fe Warbonnets are another favorite of mine dating back to my childhood. Possibly the next google search...
