Thanks. It is flock and you can punch holes in the top of the can with a nail and sprinkle it on. I notice that the cans are not as big as they use to be and the price has doubled ($9.99) so what else is new? They do sell a small applicator (looks like a Pringle can) but in the past I just sprinkled it on semi-dry paint right out of the can. No need to buy the adhesive in my opinion. And trust me it really stuck and stayed in place.
