If you really want to keep the "E", you might consider shrinking the "E" to the right by shrinking the aisles. If you could get an 18" aisle along the left wall, it wouldn't be ideal, but might be workable, something like this. The circles are 48 and the loop-2-loop is O36. I'm not suggesting the "E", just offering some ideas.
BTW, where is the entry to the room?
