Hi Junkman,
My bad, I am new to the RR Track software. I was thinking platform size not room size when I started the layout.
On the bottom of the plan there is about a 4' aisle that leads to steps out of the basement, which would be in the bottom right corner, next to the chimney stack. On the left hand side, there is another 8' but that is the laundry area. So, you can walk around on the left and bottom of the layout but, the top and right side are walls. I will add that to the plan, thanks!
