You are dead on!!!!!!! These are EXACTLY what I have. I believed they were MTH. I have heard of Right of Way Industries. It's great that the signals came with the "correct" part to make them function properly.
However, the sound would be great as well. I'm seriously considering buy the Dallee Electronics board including sound. $129.00! Ouch! Still this is a one time thing for me and I've always wanted one on a layout. And I just fell into the signals yesterday for five bucks each.
Any idea of what the intact package costs?

I believe these are what you have. Unfortunately, if you did not get the little board with them you will have to come up with a flasher circuit - not that hard.
In the base of each signal there are two 560 ohm resistors necessary for the LEDs. One in series with each side (2 LEDs) of the cross buck.
