Dave, Pete, and Mike I appreciate the replies. These are all great ideas and Pete your results are outstanding. Is the wood secured to your bench work or do you put it on something else? Also, do you have problems with warping?

I generally build my structures on masonite bases. The floors are attached to the masonite using double-sticky scotch tape. I have never had warping issues.
