FlyerChief Berk not responding

Looking for help. My 1st Run FlyerChief Berk was running PERFECTLY and then on a straight it suddenly stopped dead and would not connect to the remote, it just sat there and beeped. It runs fine on Transformer control, the batteries in the remote are fine and the troubleshooting guide in the instruction booklet says there is probably a loose connection and I should return it to a Service Station.

The engine is long out of warrantee, and COVID has killed off all the local Service Stations. Anyone have any good ideas of things I could try at home to look for the "loose connection"?
