Thank you for sharing. I had the set from 2001. I bought it as investment and never intended to open it. Sold it at a loss of about 400. Never opened, oh well. I just got the plated MTH E8's and about 10 cars to go along with them. The cars look amazing. I have F units from Atlas, K-Line, MTH and Lionel. Can't go wrong there. I have a fairly large layout and the 21" cars I think would look too big. Happy to stay with the existing cars I have even if they are not completely full size. They look good.
