Great news Kelly! I also thank you for your sterling and consistent efforts on behalf of our beloved 765! I also hope the Chicago trips happen this year. My wife just loves the experience- and that allows me to indulge without guilt!

Also, in regards to the previous post, I am willing to bet this is just the start of a larger enterprise!

Thanks, Nick and Mike. I don't think Chicago is in the cards, but we have some very interesting irons in the fire for later this year, but more likely 2020, including places the 765 has ever been to before.

All I am getting is a content error from this website when I hit the link.

A mile is not much.  Still you can run rquipment on it.  Sorry, but considering the Class 1 world, "Jurassic Parks" are the wave of the future.

The link should behave now.

Dominic, when you find 100 miles of railroad in Fort Wayne to run on, let me know! We don't even have half a mile at our current location. If the 10 year master plan comes together, we may even get 7 miles...

Of course, this won't prohibit the 765 from roaming to host railroads and the future "Jurassic Parks" as they arise, but it does give the FWRHS ways to earn revenue and operate other equipment as the opportunities with the 765 become too few and far inbetween.

But what happens the when a railroad says they can't or won't move you at all? It's happened before.

Jurassic Park ain't much good if you can't get there.
