As Kelly alluded to, it might only be a mile, but without it, Headwater's Junction in it's planned location wouldn't even be feasible. It provides the link to the outside world and a link to possible expansion. Securing this right of way was absolutely CRITICAL to the master plan and is a BIG deal.
