I could try doing that scheme on the CA-1 caboose. For the same money,the CA-1 is a whole lot nicer. I would do 1 with MP initials, and one with T&P initials. Any other pix/ideas for MP or TP/MP. Or i could do the buzz saw with C&EI for the "2nd number".. I can only put into MTH once. This is all difficult enough, so no changes after requesting...
Yes. CA-1 Much nicer if available. I think MP and T&P will gain a larger audience (IMO only). C&EI in the buzz saw is cool too but a bit more year ”constrained” and obscure. If you can do only two, it’s MP and T&P. Do you need pix NOW ? I only have one quickie MP picture. Buzz is smaller. T&P May be similar. I can check. I’d like to find examples pre buzz saw for you. T&P probably had without buzz saw - substitute T&P in diamond. I’ll start a picture dive today. At least find a few other examples.
if it’s worth it - I suggest a new thread for this with MP TP (and plain unlettered?). I’ll try to snag MP TP fans by popping a note in the 3rd Rail Texas EAGLE thread later - it’s in the 3 rail Scale header.
Here’s a “starter” picture that’s not too bad. Cropped right side caboose - nice wood but incorrect “dome” to match MTH model. This one looks like it’s smooth but shape and features look great. MTH has only 3 windows but I think windows varied. I won’t quibble over windows. (NOTE: image removed due to copyright.
