So here's the back story of @Apples55 Paul and my little back and fourth. I have to give an honorable mention to @Arnold D. Cribari who's comment about my RS11 started the latest thrust and parry.....

I had bought a D&H GP9 several years ago. I loved the paint scheme as soon as I saw it. Sensing my weakness...Paul had offered me a pair of MPC UBoats (previously shown) as he was clearing out some old stuff that he didn't run anymore. Being a techno-peasant, Paul didn't want to mess with them. After a mutually agreed upon transactional fee....a quick run through the RSJ&B shops yielded very few problems.  A quick cleaning an lube and the MPC classics were ready to run.
As my liking of the D&H had quickly turned into an obsession, I found the above set of Williams Sharks on Trainz at a good price. That was April of 2019.....needless to say given that last night was the first time they've been on my layout under power, Paul had a good reason to keep "poking the bear" so to speak. I should note that I took them out of the boxes and right on the layout and off they went. The "B" unit has William's tru-blast sounds.
So now that they have finally seen the light of day, and the planted seed has grown, matured and been cut down, I guess the only thing left to do is sit back, pour a single-malt and enjoy!

Happy Friday!

Bob

Oh... then there's always that pesky "time to building a bigger layout"........ nudge!

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming......
