As for a layout, my allotted spare room will only yield a 4x8 and it's grudgingly giving me that much space. Too many boxes in the way. My wife has grown tired of it and is looking to have part of the front porch closed in and added to the den to give me more space. Just what I need to re-plan for the fourth time since we got here just when I was embracing train life in 32 square feet.
