Gantry Crane Repair Question

UPDATE.....NOV 27.....POSTED A LITTLE FURTHER DOWN ON THIS THREAD.

My AMC/ARC Gantry Crane 6-24114 came out of storage and would not run.

I took the gear boxes appart to find the grease had turned to the hard wax like substance creating major resistance.

I cleaned it all up and installed new grease.

I need to replace one motor and at least one of the "rubber belts" that is used for the drive. It resembles a large traction tire.

Lionel's site does list the "Motor Gearbox Assy @ $26.00" which includes the plastic housing I really don't need.

However, there is no mention of the drive belts.

Can anyone advise where I might get the motor only and drive belts?
