Gargraves track bumper

Rescued TrainsOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

Will the Gargraves track bumper work with Lionel/MTH bump and go trolleys? Can't find any definitive info, any input would be appreciated. Are they "sturdy"?
