I have the UP version and I took the shell off to work on the smoke units. It is tricky. It's more fun putting it back on and making sure you don't pinch any wires. Sounds like you got all the screws. Mine hangs up on the rear too. I think it's the flywheel catching the inside of the shell. I gently moved the shell from side to side at a little bit of an angle, and was able to get it off. There are a lot of wires going to the shell.

Oh good. I can do that...I think maybe if I leave the engine on it's wheels and wiggle the shell lifting it off is probably the easiest while handling the weight.
