thank you for the response checked everything and have come to the conclusion that the rollers barely touch the the switch and the new haven cant make the o31 curve which is crazy.the big boys i have are es44ac and they run like a top.looked at all switchers and i think you might be right the rollers are a bit off line .i am calling mth tues and see what they can do,all i run is o72 and o60 switches very frustrated, thanks very much for your interest you guys are the best.will keep you posted on the results
