Thanks Joe,

Mine are on after it starts moving and then never flash with the horn, while my friends Genset comes on when moving, but flashes when you blow the horn. I'll have to do some reading and play with the buttons. Also for anyone wondering I am using the stacks without the caps, for those who might have been wondering.
