I have seen O Scale models made by Kohs and yes, they are highly detailed. I have Gauge 1 models by KM1 which, I have been told maybe some of the highest detailed Gauge 1 models available and always sold out as soon as they are manufactured. If you would see the Fulgurex in person, I know that you would be satisfied with the detail. I do not know where it was manufactured. The cab is nicely lit and detailed including the "fire box" glow that I love.

TrainLIUSA has added DCC and Zimo sound to the model but there was not enough room to add a smoke unit that I would have desired
