Like many things that get announced on this forum, there is a lot of initial excitement but it doesn't turn into orders. The S project is not dead, just waiting on more pre-orders to make a run of cars financially feasible.

The same is true of the GGD "042" project. Lots of excitement over it, but still not enough orders to put one into production.
