Thank you both, Simon and RTR. I honestly don't have the slightest idea what an "unsupported operating system" is ! That's why I called my tech gurus, they worked for two hours and they declared my situation as inscrutable. I throw my hands up in despair ! Think I'll just move to a little cabin in the woods.
