And technically if you were a TCA member and then dropped out, you are no longer allowed to register as a guest. Unless they changed it, the guest privileges are for one time only.

The meet is open to members of the Train Collectors Association (TCA), their family and guests. We encourage toy train enthusiasts to attend the meet by permitting them to register and attend one meet as a guest.
To continue attending you are required to join the TCA.
