I looked at my NH reference books. There are only side views of the Flying Cloud and her sister Flying Fish. The text, however, indicates that these cars had a very short rear platform that was only for show. They did not have a large recessed platform as shown in the photo. Some other NH modeler will most likely provide more information.

It appears to me that Golden Gate used a generic Pullman design with a recessed platform to represent all of these cars. The only difference being the paint scheme for each railroad.
