Ply and homosote glued down and modules screwed together. 

The large piece of ply to the right was used to create the curves using a nail and tape measure.

Radius from minimum of 48" to 64".  I use 2" spacing between tracks.  On the Seattle yard where it is built on an 8' curve, no problem.  I don't thing there will be but I'll have to put a big boy on the curve and see if any problems.

Modules carried to the basement.  Everything screws together.  The  track doesn't reach the hole in the corner so I left it open for ease of access.
