Curious as to the overall set up. Is the layout manned by members over the full hours of the Mall operation? I know that some Malls open there doors several hours before to allow shop owners to prep for opening of business. Do they, the Club, leave their equipment at the Mall at closing time?
Were they invited to set up the layout or did the Club board approach the Mall management with the idea of having the layout as an attraction?

Club members are there during the 'open hours' of the mall.

They are in 4 hour shifts and they bring their equipment with them and take it home after their shift.

I believe they asked the mall if they wanted the 'layout setup' and the mall was glad to have them.

The layout is next to 'seeing Santa' so it works out well.
