Re-test after moving CB's above main panel:

Was wondering why the chuffing was so 'soft' but realized that, with only a 17 car train, there's not much voltage needed by the motor so the decoder keeps the chuffing low.

Made up some narrow 'panels' to hold the spst button toggles when they arrive.
