I always have been pleased with Grzyboski's (including packing) but never purchased merchandise that had to be returned. ModelTrainStuff did get my last order due to pricing that included a Black Friday discount, but Grzyboski's historically has been the place to shop for new merchandise I didn't know I wanted until years after released.
