a little update Saturday 10/24/2020:

Bought the full size piece of birch plywood, cut to 4x6. Sooo much better than the two split pieces.

The Standard Gauge track arrived today. The Dept 56 Halloween wooden backdrop arrived today. YAY, and again I say, YAY!

A new feature is being added to this little layout. Ala' 1933 (perfect for the tinplate era), I'm using my large size iPad to create a "Park-In Theater". Materials and paint were bought yesterday, and work on it is already progressing. I brought down five of my 1:24 diecast automobiles from the Upstairs Layout to set with it.

Adding this scene reduces my proposed O-36 loop to a O-31 circle. But I'm okay with that!
