Many years ago when I was in HO still, I decided to convert the entire fleet to Kadee couplers.......NOT CHEAP and that was when you got a pack of 4 for around $3!!! Just buying the hundreds and hundreds of Kadee O scale couplers would cost a fortune......but I can not imagine the WORK required to do all my freight cars....not counting passenger and I don't want to think Locos!!!! eek
