Heisler Brass O / ON3 Gear Driven Steam Engine Help with Manufacturer

I picked up this Steam Engine at a recent auction and after some research, can't identify who made this locomotive. There seemed to be a lot of very similar engines, but not an exact match. Most of the ones on the internet are West Side Lumber Co. This one has a hatch on the roof and a few other differences. Here are a few pictures, if anyone could help it would be appreciated. I can post more pictures if needed.
