So, was a Helium car lighter when it was loaded, than when it was empty...??

It's actually quite the common misconception, especially when you consider helium is lighter than air. In reality, the helium put into the cars is at around 3000 psi, and despite that, it only added 3069 lbs. to the weight of the car when full.
