Reply to "Help identifying a caboose part."

The left ones are air hoses for the train brakes. They go on the right side of the coupler attached to the underframe.

The right ones appear to be a "dump valve" that would be mounted inside the cupola, so the brakeman could put the train into emergency if he sees something go wrong.
