Help identifying street lamps

O Gauge GuyOGR Forum Member

I picked these up at a recent swap meet. The seller thought they were O scale. They’re made of plastic. 4 have had the base removed and these measure 97mm or a bit under 4” high. Does anyone know what brand they are? Voltage? How to open up to check the bulbs?
