The last video I posted is the two slow ones I have. All the other BEEP locomotives I have, command or conventional, run pretty fast at full throttle. Those slow ones have the old BEEP electronics, that's the bottleneck in those units. The later units had a much larger reverse board that was able to supply full current to the motors.
