For Korber buildings, including the Power Plant, I've always used 5 minute epoxy. Leaves enough time to play with getting the sides square but when cured is a really firm bond. I also brace all corners with 3/8" or 1/4" inch wood (I guess you could also use styrene) and use the same glue. Has stayed together perfectly for years.
