Three real options:

Carve one out of wood or putty

Kitbash one out of a similar, period figure, preferably plastic

Get a 3D printer to work from a picture

1 & 2 are the cheaper but the most work.

Option 3.5:  check sites like Thingiverse and Cults3D to see there are any existing models that you can scale up/down and print.
