Reply to "HELP WITH LIONEL PARTS DEPARTMENT"

Placed an order with Lionel over a week ago for items listed "IN STOCK". Checking on the status with Lionel on line, my order shows up as "PENDING". 

Placed 6 phone calls to the customer service department this week, but never got through, seams that "all representatives were busy with other customers". After about a 5 minute wait, the Lionel phone system disconnects your phone.

Does anyone have any contacts that I can call to get an update?

Don't have a parts order but called the service number yesterday about 2 units having to go back again for repair.

After 15 minutes on hold it transferred the call to voice mail. Haven't heard back yet.
