I also emailed Scott (twice in fact, including photos) asking him to consider adding the Jersey Central’s as-delivered dual-stripe “toothpaste” paint scheme, but so far I’ve received no response.

I’ve been patiently waiting to purchase my first Third Rail locomotive as up to this point they haven’t offered a diesel model and road name combo that fit my interests. Finally the GP7 in CNJ!! I so badly want to join the ranks of all the Third Rail locomotive owners out there, but I definitely don’t want to settle for the solid green (no stripe) CNJ version currently pictured on their website.

I’m sure Scott is a very busy guy, so I’ll gladly accept the advice from anyone with experience in successfully communicating with him on the best way to do so. So far email hasn’t worked...for me at least. Fingers crossed he will consider my recommendation!
