Similar "L" to my subway design but on a smaller scale. There is no need for the switch on the brown line at the bottom as you cannot get into your yard tracks when a train switches from there. If you could somehow get rid of the wave that would be a plus. If you eliminate the switches on the green line at the right and widen the loop you could perhaps extend the brown line into the loop along with the green line so you can have both lines go into your tunnel. What this means is the elimination of 4 switches and the wye and less complications.
