Yeah, it's always good to include shunters in catalogs that aren't of a lower quality or for starter kits, like the Lionel 16sb. In my opinion Lionel should try and make some more Alcos other than just the RS types in lioncheif. It'd look good to have a c-630 on a layout with a gp9, after all those where some of the RDG's favorite Diesels other than the RS and Fs. So yeah, I'd hope to see an Alco HH660 on the catalog as well.
