How do I go about uploading 3d models to the repository?

I've been using some of the models in the repository. Thanks to all. I have some I have made myself that I would like to upload. Most are pretty basic, but I have worked out the kinks. I have sidewalk pieces with curbs for foam roads and MTH building. Corners for the sidewalks. Firewood. I'm currently working on a rotating car display for the kit bashed dealership I have (MTH Hobby shop). How do I go about uploading them and sending details and pictures of the finished models? I've read through the posts but seem to have missed instructions somewhere.
